IDEA Quest Drumline Visits Six Flags Fiesta Texas to Perform at Mardi Gras Festival

Here at IDEA Public Schools, we ensure that students are not only successful in the classroom but also in the extracurricular activities and athletics they choose to participate in.  Our after school 21st Century Program allows our students to engage in different clubs that speak to their specific interests. Programs offered are hosted by teachers who allow students to not only gain a new connection with staff and students, but also practice a passion or explore a new interest.

Cheer, drumline, and yoga are just a few popular options for your scholar to participate in across IDEA campuses.

Most recently IDEA Quest’s Drumline participated in Six Flags Fiesta Texas’ Mardi Gras closing parade. It was not an easy task, practicing and coordinating the trip and performance at Six Flags Fiesta Texas.  The drumline had to raise and earn money in order to go, but they accomplished their goal and gave a great performance.

Congratulations IDEA Quest! You rhythmic Trail Blazers make us proud! Keep up the awesome drumming!
