Last weekend, IDEA Quest and IDEA Frontier students shined in the University Interscholastic League Cross Country State Championships, 3A class.  (Class depends on the number of students enrolled per school).  The following teams and individuals placed in their respective races.

IDEA Frontier Varsity Boys – 15th place as a team

IDEA Frontier Varsity Girls – Sabrina Garcia, 6th place

IDEA Quest Varsity Girls – Valery Tobias, 10th place

“IDEA’s athletic success is a great opportunity to showcase our talents, not just in the academic light, but also our ability in sports competition,” said Eren Kirksey, IDEA’s Athletic Director.  “We are fostering world class student athletes, or as I like to say, scholar athletes, who are internalizing what sports can do in life.  They are building a platform they can stand on, which will help them in college and in their career.”

Congratulations to all of our student athletes!

IDEA achieves excellence in academics and athletics.
